And the best thing is that the file will be hosted on this site for 90 days. So if anything happens to the file, you can log back in here and retrieve it again - saving you time, since we won't even need to run back to the computer.

It would probably be easier if appraisers could complete an assignment, give it to the client and never worry about revisiting that document again. However, appraisals are used to document the condition of a property on the inspection date.
